We offer Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Over-use Injury Treatment, Postural Assessment and Correction, Trigger-Point Therapy and  Pre/Post Surgery Massage,  and Pre/Post Athletic Event Massage.  Your Massage will be tailored to your specific needs.  All of these modalities can be light, medium or deep pressure, depending on your body's needs.

Our standard massage session is 60 minutes, but we also offer 30-minute and 90-minute sessions.

You may undress to your comfort level, but our therapists are trained to drape you with a sheets to maintain your privacy.
