An Easy Guide To Human Posture With A Purpose!
I have over 20 years of experience as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist, and the one thing I have noticed above all else is that my clients bad postural habits cause them more pain than all of the injuries. I now have written down in this book ways you can help get yourself out of everyday pain by fixing bad postural habits, This is a Comic version of an easy guide to human posture that is easy to read, understand and REMEMBER!
I have found Posture to be an important aspect of overall health, and in my book "Don't Be A Turtle", there are a few key facts that people should keep in mind when it comes to posture. First and foremost, it's important to be aware of your body and how you're holding it throughout the day. Second, try to maintain a neutral spine as much as possible, which means keeping your tail tucked, shoulders back and down, your chin parallel to the ground, your chest up, and your knees bent!
Another important factor is our sedentary lifestyle, avoid staying in any one position for too long. If you're sitting at a desk all day, for example, make sure to take frequent breaks to stand up, stretch, and move around. This will help prevent stiffness and soreness in your muscles and joints.
Finally, remember that good posture isn't just about looking good - it can also have a positive impact on your overall health. By maintaining good posture, you can reduce your risk of developing back and neck pain, improve your breathing and circulation, your balance, and even boost your mood and energy levels. So keep these rules in mind, as you improve your posture and overall health!
